    Is the downstairs set up as a separate unit complete with kitchen and bath so that it could be a separate rental apartment? How many other out buildings might be adaptable to rental units?

      Hola, Sherry! Yes, the downstairs can be used as a separate unit. You can probably get 2-3 more small rentals out of the existing structures as well. I’ve sent you a private email with the details. PURA VIDA
