    Wanting to know if Lot #5, for $ 35,000 at the Organic Views development has ocean/mountain views , thank you and what does that wide gray strand represent on the map… a road? a river? thanks

      Hola, Barbara! Thank you for contacting Paradise Management! Lot #5 has nice mountain views but no ocean views. The thickest gray band on the map that lies behind lot #5 is a public road (Calle Leon). The thinner blue strand in front of lot #5 is a river. Are you planning a visit to San Ramon in the near future?
