    Hi, Is this property still available. Is there any HOA or restriction of what can be done in the property like raising small animal, like chickens. Is owner financing available? and if so what are the terms? Is the mortgage amount included already on the total price. Negotiable price? Any other important info available, please let me know.

      This property is currently still available, although I don’t think it will be for long. There is no HOA and there are no restrictions in this community. You can have chickens and other animals if you choose to. The owner would consider financing a portion of the purchase, but I do not have specifics on that. I would suggest that you schedule an appointment right away to see the property in person. If you like it, make an offer and let’s see where that takes us.
