We are interested in renting this home. We will be in C.R. In early March. Would like to see it or any other comparable home you may have. How far is this one from town?
    Thanks, Sharon and Rick

        Hello Frank,
Paul and Gloria Yeatman gave me your contact info regarding long term rental homes. I have sold my home and am in process of doing the packaging and taking care of the moving details. My escrow closes 12/1/14, and I plan to be in Costa the first part of January, 2015. I am looking for a long term rental walking distance to San Ramon. I will not have a car at first; plan on picking up a used 4WD when I get there. I am interested in renting a 2 bedroom/1-2 bath, furnished, accepts one dog (35#), and possibly all or partial utilities covered in rent. I am willing to sign a 6mth-1 year lease. My retirement budget puts me at $500-600 USD.

You had a 3/2 home on your early august site that was to be available 4/1/15 – the description fit what I was looking for – but unsure of area – is walking into San Ramon possible?

Thanks for your help with this – eileen (gypsy) howard

Hola, Eileen! Thank you for contacting Paradise Management! This property is NOT within walking distance to town, but tenants of this rental have been known to walk down the hill to catch the bus. Personally, I would not suggest to rent this place without a vehicle and specifically a 4 x 4. That would be ideal for this property.

Hola, Veronique! Thank you for contacting Paradise Management! Your English is actually quite good 🙂 This rental will not be available again until April 1st, 2015 so it will not be an option for you on your trip. We have another rental in the Los Angeles area of San Ramon that might work. It’s $950/month including all utilities. Please let me know if this is something that you’d like to discuss further. Hola,
Gloria Yeatman passed along your website info. Paul gave me a tour of the central valley, and it clinched my decision to spend my retirement here. To start, I will be looking for a 2/1 furnished house, utilities included, if possible, one small dog ok, and walking or bus to town. This will be a long term lease, as I would like to live in different places and find one that I would like to settle in. San Ramon, Grecia, and Atenas are on my list. I have a home in California that I will have to sell, along with my car, so the move date is probably closer to the first of 2015 to make sure everything is taken care of. If you have any more info on rentals, could you please put me on your emailing list?

Thanks for your help – eileen

      Hola, Eileen-

Thank you for contacting Paradise Management! Quality, affordable, long-term rentals are pretty few and far between here in San Ramon, but I will certainly keep you in mind and let you know if anything suitable pops up with an availability starting January 2015. PURA VIDA

Hello. I am interested to rent this property but you emphasize that a 4×4 is needed? I have a Mazda MPV, 2×4 and a small Hiunday Atos. Do you have something similar, furnished or unfurnished within the $600 range?

      Hi Mauricio,

It’s a steep slope up to the house – thus the great views. And on a tico road. SUV needs height and strength to get up – especially during rains. We have other rentals from time to time, just keep checkin’ back!

    Hi Frank,

We are in San Ramon this Tuesday, March 24th. Any chance of seeing this property? Also are there any other rentals you would be able to show us? We are seeking a 3 or 2 BR house with a safe yard for our 10 yo declawed cat.

    Kindest Regards,

    Steve

      Hi Steve,

This is Kim and David Quiros – we are in the process of taking over Paradise Management from Frank. There’s not much out there regarding rentals – the house in Los Angeles is sold. Let me check around again to see if there are any more opening up. I have a couple that I am happy to show on Tuesday – I will send you a private email with more information by Monday afternoon.

      Thanks,
      Kim y David
